Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of MadePulse during the private beta. Questions: app@madepulse.com.

1. Beta. MadePulse is an invite-only beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted. It is provided "as is", without warranties.
2. Your account. Keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account.
3. Your content. You keep all rights to your products, photos and posts. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service: to generate, render, store and publish posts you approve.
4. Your responsibility for posts. You review and approve every post before it is published. You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook. Do not use MadePulse for content that is illegal, misleading, or that you do not have the rights to.
5. AI-generated content. Text and images may be generated with AI. They can contain mistakes. Check them before you approve.
6. Connected accounts. Publishing depends on Pinterest and Meta. Their limits, reviews and outages are outside our control.
7. Limits. Usage limits shown in the app (for example, generations per month) apply.
8. Ending use. You can stop using MadePulse and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (zero during the free beta).
10. Changes. We may update these terms and will update the date above.
